Phil, I was using it as an example but it does help that one of my sons is an artist and so I have art on the brain! It seemed to fit the cryptic nature of the question but it need not necessarily be art. For example, it could be a state-of-the art piece of computerised equipment which must first be demonstrated for use in a specific application in a factory and the "zicht" would cover that demonstration and any process leading up to the actual conclusion of the rental contract. The "verblijf" would then cover either the actual rental period or, if rejected, the period of time the kit remains on site until it is collected.

So it is expensive paintings? I thought Textpertise was just using art as an example. So "high-class office" means a company? It would be really useful if you gave the full context rather than talking about "movable property".

Say X is a high class office, Y is an expensive painting. The insurance is effected by the high class office to cover transport, viewing and the period of stay (i.e. the rental period) of the painting at its premises. I would reword the sentence to say that the insurance covers those three elements, rather than calling each of the elements a type of insurance. Of course, not knowing what X and Y actually stand for, I may be barking up the wrong tree but the idea may be worth tailoring to the actual application. 'Zicht' could mean an approval process which takes place prior to the formal acceptance of the rental contract. 'Verblijf' could cover a period during which the item remains at the premises until collected even if the rental contract does not go through.
