Zou dit "gewoon" met "inclusions" vertaald kunnen worden?

I think in this context this means additions to as in a travel insurance that normally offers cover for Europe only and can be extended to cover the world
the increases are merely in the cover of existing policies, not extensions to those policies

agree  Chris Hopley: I think 'rider' might be an option here

  -> I share your view because a rider can expand as well as restrict benefits, and bijsluiting sounds like adding rather than removing benefits.
