Moderne, effectieve ontwikkelingssamenwerking is immers onontbeerlijk in een tijd waarin globalisering de verhoudingen in de wereld op scherp zet. Een tijd waarin tientallen miljoenen mensen in armoede dreigen terug te vallen als gevolg van de klimaat-, voedsel-, energie- en financiële crises. Een tijd ook waarin het behalen van de millennium ontwikkelingsdoelen (MDG’s) in 2015 nog allerminst zeker is. |
