Bus/Financial - Investment / Securities / pension funds | | Dutch term or phrase: voorportaal | Dit is een artikel met pensioenfondsen als onderwerp. Aan het eind van het artikel is deze zin te vinden:
"Dan zouden deelnemers direct in de uitvoeringsorganisatie moeten participeren waarbij hun pensioenfonds slechts dienst doet als voorportaal, [...]"
Directe context handelt over commerciële uitvoerders die kleine fondsen beheren. Deze assetmanagers romen vervolgens de winstmarges af, waardoor er voor de individuele klanten jaarlijks maar weinig overblijft. Een mogelijke oplossing zou een soort van 'governance structuur' moeten zijn, waarbij deelnemers hun eigenbelang voorop kunnen stellen. De problematische term maakt deel uit van deze mogelijke oplossing.
