There isn't much to go on, really. It comes from the minutes of an executive board meeting. Recorded in the minutes is mention of a symposium in which a 3rd party consultancy stepped in to remind them that they are "beleggers" and not "investeerders", and that although investment was something of interest, they still need to assess what they'd be able to get out of the deal.
