Dutch to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Investment / Securities | | Dutch term or phrase: royementswaarde | I'm working on an investment text. The sentence is: "De royementswaarde is gelijk aan de intrinsieke waarde per aandeel."
Unfortunately, De Keizer doesn't include 'royementswaarde', but his other translations that include 'royement-' are causing me to lean towards 'surrender value' or 'redemption value'. Who can tell me what the proper term is? |
| | | redemption value | Explanation: http://www.canada.etrade.com/estation/glossary/index_m.shtml
An open end investment company that pools investors' money to invest in a variety of stocks, bonds, or other securities. A mutual fund issues and redeems shares to meet demand, AND THE REDEMPTION VALUE PER SHARE IS THE NET ASSET VALUE PER SHARE, less in some cases a redemption fee which represents a rear-end load. A closed end fund, often incorrectly called a mutual fund, is instead an investment trust. Both are investment companies regulated by the Investment Company Act of 1940. |
