Dutch to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Investment / Securities | | Dutch term or phrase: werkt mede van rechtswege tegenover | Section 86a of the Dutch civil code has the following wording, which sometimes appears in articles of association:
"De levering van een aandeel ... werkt mede van rechtswege tegenover de vennootschap."
Does anyone know what this means? |
