In a list of required input material for a step in a test phase:

"• Geaccordeerd mijlpaaldocument
• Geaccordeerde teststrategie
• Geaccordeerd testplan"

VanDale suggests: Overeenkomen, overeenstemmen/met elkaar goed overweg kunnen/ een vergelijking treffen/ welluidend doen samenklinken
Yet none of them seems to fit in this context. I think it's something along the lines of "which has been agreed on". Any suggestions?

In the business and IT world you go through an "approval" process when going through different steps of a project plan, or in the case of IT, a test plan etc. Each step is then "approved" by management or by whomever is in charge of that part of the plan or project before the plan or project proceeds to the next step.

Explanation:
Ik denk dat dit te maken heeeft met een bepaalde systeemontwikkelingsmethodogie, waarbij de ontwikkeling van het totale systeem in goed-afgebakende trajecten is ingedeeld. Vroeger bij SDM (System Development Methodology) bijvoorbeeld: definitiestudie, functioneel ontwerp, technisch ontwerp, programmeren en toekennen van taken, testen, conversie en invoering, systeemgebruik en beheer. Voor elk traject staan de uitgangspunten en de doelstellingen vast, en moet de klant bij elk traject tekenen voor akkoord. Achteraf kan 'ie dan niet zeuren over zaken die niet zijn afgesproken, of kan de systeemontwikkelaar extra kosten in rekening brengen als er alsnog zaken in het systeem moeten worden opgenomen die niet zijn afgesproken en 'geaccordeerd'. Dit is dus niet zozeer certificeren -- dat suggereert volgens mij meer een soort normgevende instantie -- maar domweg je d.m.v. van een handtekening verbinden aan een soort trajectgewijs contract met de systemontwikkelaar. Daarvoor kun je mijns inziens de term 'authorise' voor gebruiken.
