  -> 'Serve out' would have to be regarded as jargon, but if it fits the context it's the right jargon. Otherwise you could say 'provided', 'issued', etc. (or 'distributed' if it goes to multiple clients)..

Explanation:
I have never ever heard of serve out as IT jargon.
They simply mean that they will publish the form by putting it on their server(s).

That's it and nothing else. I would just simply say publish (on the internet or the web) or display.

disagree  Stefan de Boeck: javascript routines are 'served out' to make the form actually DO sth (onsubmit=search) and not just sit there.// yes.they're js routines.

  -> What are you raving on about Java scripts? It is a form [zoekformulier] that might or might not contain Java script.Remember what the Post and Get methods are?
