The term "werkenmetjes" is build from werken (to work) and "met" (with), and is used for simple screens to update some parameters.
You can call them "workwiths".

The source text could make some sense if a space is missing between 'met' and 'jes', i.e. 'werken met jes'. In that case, 'jes' could be an acronym for a computer program or service, e.g. Job Entry System or Job Entry Subsystem, which are fairly standard terms in the ICT field. But this is just very wild guessing, of course. I'd check with the client, and if this doesn't lead to a solution I'd simple translate the expression as: 'Indicate via/using "werken metjes" and the file X that ... ', adding a note or footnote for the client or reader.
