Dutch term or phrase: netwerkverantwoordelijke
Obviously, the person responsible for the network, but does anyone know the exact equivalent term in English?

Network administrator/manager?

network administrator
Explanation:
I'm coming in late after the first answer already received 5 agrees, but I feel strongly that network administrator is the right answer. Perhaps another US/UK divide, so it depends on your target audience. It is the term that comes up when installing every routine bit of software (Adobe, Microsoft, iTunes, BBC radio help files on BBC website) and many, many others.

However, if it is subsequently determined that the communication device/service is causing disruptions to other users or compromising the security of the network, the device will be removed from the network by the data communications department or by the network manager responsible for the device. The Director of Communications Services will then review the issue with the user department to determine an appropriate course of action.
