Dutch term or phrase: inleren
Kan iemand een licht werpen op de betekenis (het liefst ook nog het Engelse equivalent) van 'inleren'. Dit komt voor in een ICT-tekst, een handleiding voor het gebruik van bepaalde programmatuur voor een supermarktketen. De zin waarin het voorkomt is:

"Het aantal dagen waarmee de AA tijdvakken ten behoeve van inleren worden vervroegd."

Explanation:
Ken is spot on: if it's anything to do with robotics then it's definitely "teaching in" - i.e. moving a robot through a series of points so that the required motion is "taught into" the robot's controller.

However, as you say there's no mention of robotics in the text, "inleren" is probably simply being used to mean "learn" or "teach" (depending how you look at it). I find in these cases that the word "training" covers a multitude of sins :-)

"Multi-inzetbaarheid in met name taakgroep 1, 4 en 5 verhogen en de wijze van inleren ("training on the job") in alle taakgroepen verder te verbeteren."

Explanation:
