Dutch term or phrase: streefarchitectuur
That is it, no context.

It is something that is an objective, to aim for, according to the content of the document. I have, so far, temporarily translated it as:
'architecture to aim for', also thinking of 'pursuit of architecture', but that doesn't sound too good to me.

Maybe someone can come up with something better?
