In de puntsgewijze opsomming van de inhoud van een cursus (i.e. Requirements Engineering Essentials) staat onder meer vermeld:
Organisatorische context: *nieuwbouw*/pakketselectie; interne/uitbestede IT-organisatie.
Ik kan niet echt de vinger leggen op wat hiervoor de gangbare Engelstalige benaming is: new build (of software applications)?
