I am working on a short IT translation, and am struggling to find an appropriate translation for the above term.

The context is as follows:

"Op dit moment hebben we 80 applicaties in gebruik. 66 van deze toepassingen worden vervangen door de nieuwe IT-oplossing en met de 14 overige applicaties worden koppelingen gerealiseerd."
