Dutch term or phrase: te expireren kapitalen
Er wordt gesproken over een maandelijkse update van de te expireren kapitalen (X-6), daarnaast wordt er op dat moment data verzameld per deelnemernummer m.b.t. klant, tussenpersoon, polis en evt. (ex-)partner.
Dit is dus feitelijk ook op moment X-6. Zijn er nog aanvullende eisen voor actualiteit van gegevens?

neutral  xxxjarry: Capitals (in the plural) is meaningless in this context. One would only use it in English for "hoofdsteden"

neutral  Grayson Morris: In both links, the reference is to "expiring capital losses," that is, capital *losses* that will no longer be able to be claimed on one's tax return after the current year, rather than the capital itself.

expiring funds

Explanation:
In this context, "kapitalen" are "funds": "available pecuniary resources ordinarily including cash and negotiable paper that can be converted to cash at any time without loss" (Merriam-Webster Unabridged). (pecuniary = monetary.)

Example sentence(s):
  • "To assist...in processing expiring fund encumbrance transactions, please distinguish these transactions by using an expiring funds stamp with red ink.."
  • "Expiring Funds: Funds that are unexpired in the current year, but that will expire on October 1st of the upcoming fiscal year."
