XXXX is het het standaard uitkoppelpunt dat wordt aangeduid met de zogenaamde XXX.

I found the word on Google however, it does not clarify the meaning of the word to me.

Explanation:
"Point or network interface at which a telephone company hands off its service to the subscriber. Equipment on the outer side of the POP belongs to the telephone company, and that on the other side to the consumer." (http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/point-of-presen...
Note: This term is also used to describe the point at which the telephone company hands off its service to another provider, such as a third-party Internet provider. Uitkoppelpunt is often abbreviated as UKP.
This reference (http://www.nederlandbreedbandland.nl/uploaded/FILES/Rapporta... actually shows the term in a glossary, but unfortunately the English term is misspelled.
