Tijdens de prolongatie worden de notaregels geselecteerd die geïncasseerd moeten worden. Van de geselecteerde records wordt bekeken op welke wijze (Automatische incasso of OLA) geïncasseerd moet worden (dit wordt gestuurd d.m.v. enkele tabellen). Per incasso wijze wordt een batchnummer bepaald wat gekoppeld wordt aan de geselecteerde records. Per bepaald batchnummer worden totalen bijgehouden, die aan het eind van de verwerking worden geschreven in de batchrecords.

agree  Neil Gouw: I think 'account records' will suffice, since 'account lines' sound like telephone lines to me. If you could specify somewhere else in the text (in brackets?) that those records are lined up horizontally or something, then you've fixed the problem.

disagree  Neil Gouw: in the Dutch text, it is clear that 'regels' in this case are not 'rules' or 'criteria', but 'bars', or 'lines' .. a more fluid translation would be 'records'. How can 'criteria' be 'geïncasseerd'?

  -> Neil, als je goed leest, moeten bepaalde nota's worden geïncasseerd, niet de criteria waaraan deze moeten voldoen om de nota's na bepaalde tijd aanmaningen te sturen.
