why use the passive?

Can\'t you simply say: Once Xxxxx delivers yyyyy and this is published, it will be referred to as zzzzz?

As appears to be a product possibly ( I have my doubts) \"Product Description\" may also work

agree  writeaway: could be other things too-am not sure about the English and without the original Dutch hard to say. one suggestion is as a good as the next.
