Dutch to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / transfer agreement/uitzendovereenkomst | | Dutch term or phrase: ontslag op eigen verzoek | "In geval van *ontslag op eigen verzoek* binnen de overeengekomen uitzendtermijn zal werknemer de door wergever gemaakte eenmalige uitzendkosten vergoeden."
IMHO and based on what I've seen on Dutch-language sites, this amounts to nothing more than giving notice. My question is then whether "to give notice" suffices, or whether there's another way of expressing it more legally. TIA. Cheers, R. |
