Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Service agreement between two companies
Dutch term or phrase: Coulance
Coulance, boetes en het voorkomen van fraude

This is a heading in an agreement between two companies for prepaid clients of mobile telephone networks. From what I know coulance basically is customer relations, but this does not really go hand in hand with boetes en het voorkomen van fraude.
