Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s)
Dutch term or phrase: ongevorderd
From a Akte van Levering, I'm not sure what is meant by ongevorderd here.

Verkoper verklaart het navolgende:
1. verkoper is bevoegd tot verkoop en levering van het verkochte;
2. het verkochte wordt geheel of gedeeltelijk overgedragen vrij van huur en/of van andere aanspraken tot gebruik, leeg, ontruimd en ongevorderd behoudens de eventueel meeverkochte roerende zaken. Het verkochte is evenmin zonder recht of titel in gebruik bij derden;

My copy of Juridisch Lexicon gives "not subject to any claim by a local authority" for "ongevorderd".

Can anyone confirm whether or not this translation is correct? I know what vorderen means, but it's the bit about a local authority I want to check.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Thank you for your responses. I went with Jurlex in the end, but added a note to say that I was not certain that this was what the author meant.

Explanation:
I jst wondered whether this is Dutch real estate jargon for unencumbered, i.e. without any outstanding claims against the property (such as taxes, rates, etc.)
