Dutch to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / purchase agreement
Dutch term or phrase: ingekort (recht)
Here's a standard sentence from a purchase contract I haven't been able to find a decent translation for:

"Verkoper is verplicht koper een recht te leveren dat onvoorwaardelijk is en niet is ** ingekort ** of vernietigd kan worden."

What does it mean to "kort in" a right, and how would you say such a thing in English? Any help will be highly appreciated!

[In response to Carlos:]

Or a "limited right", although that may also be translated as a "beperkt recht", e.g.

".. it is the legal and beneficial owner of, and has legal title to
the Present Shares and the Present Shares have not been encumbered by any
limited right (beperkt recht) other than the liens and security interests
created by the New Shares Pledge and the Existing Shares Pledges"

Asker: Thank you, Adam. The thing is, I normally use the term "restricted right" to refer to a "beperkt recht" (as opposed to an "absoluut recht"), and I'm not sure whether a "beperkt recht" is the same as an "ingekort recht", so to distinguish both terms in my translation, I may have to choose a different word for "ingekort recht". Any thoughts?
