This is from a purchase agreement:

"Alle ** rechten van vrijwaring ** en andere rechten die verkoper ten aanzien van het verkochte [i.e. his house] kan of zal kunnen doen gelden tegenover zijn rechtsvoorgangers en/of derden (...) gaan met ingang van heden over op koper."

According to Van Dale, "vrijwaring" = "de garantie dat iemand het genot zal hebben van een zaak of recht". What do you call this in English?
