General context: specifications document for tenders for military maratime transport contracts (Belgian military source).
Specific context (examples):
In afwijking van de AAV artikel 74 §2 worden geen “aanvraag tot oplevering” door de dienstverlener en geen “proces-verbaal van oplevering” door de leidende dienst opgesteld (cfr § 13 van het huidig bestek).
De Leidende dienst houdt zich het recht om offerten voor evaluatie uit te sluiten indien bij het indienen van de offerte niet is voldaan aan de gestelde specificaties.
