Dutch term or phrase:onderbedelingsvordering
"X kinderen van erflater berusten bij deze akte in de bepalingen van dit testament onder de hierna te melden voorwaarden met betrekking tot de *onderbedelingsvordering*."
How should this term be expressed properly? I've taken due note of Dave Calderhead's answer for "onderbedeling" and Van den End's corresponding lemma, but some additional feedback would be preferable. TIA. Cheers, R.
