Does this mean that one side can immediately terminate the contract if they just don't want to continue working with the other party? |

| Grading comment So it's basially a clause which allows for good sportmanship? If, for some reason or other which is not specified in the contract and is not an Act of God or Nature, it's still not fair to make them continue then the other party can choose to agree to just stop.
Some sort of non-insured occurrence, or maybe an
illness? That's nice!
