Explanation:
Vermoedelijk wordt hier bedoeld een hoeveelheid kapitaal om onverwachte tekorten of verliezen te dekken.
Het gaat dus niet om kapitaal dat gefinancieerd of geleend is maar om kapitaal dat reeds als reserve aanwezig moet zijn!
