"De Bank heeft de bevoegdheid om op de eerste vervaldag vijf jaar na het passeren van deze Akte en daarna telkens om de vijf jaar, in geval de waarde van het Verbondene naar het oordeel van de Bank daartoe aanleiding geeft, de aflossingsvoorwaarden te wijzigen. "
