A typo or poor Dutch (Flemish?): I suppose they mean
"mede bedongen"

What's left is an ugly (bedingen zijn mede bedongen) but translatable sentence.

All terms (or: stipulations, etc.) .... are also (shall also be) agreed on/stipulated (etc.) for ...
