Dutch to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Contracts | | Dutch term or phrase: onverminderd het recht | "...onverminderd het recht van de werkgever om in plaats daarvan schadevergoeding te vorderen."
My brain does not find the source where is squirreled this one away and my dictionaries don't help.
The direct translations "unvermindert des Rechts" draws no hits on Google and somehoq does not sound quite right.
Who knows the the leagal-eacgle contractual phrase for this one.
