Law: Contract(s)
Dutch term or phrase: Lidmaatschapsrechten
I don't speak Dutch, I just need to check the translation of this term into English.
This word is included in the original Articles of Association and I am affraid its English translation is not that good; as I have to translate it into Croatian I have to be sure.

I will try to copy the Dutch text, mistakes are possible:

Lidmaatschapsrechten zijn niet overdraagbaar.
Indien een Lld als gevolg van een fusie of splitsing als bedoleld in het bepaalde - van Boek 2 titel 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek ophoudt te bestaan, zat het Lidmaatschapsrechten overgaan op de betreffende verkrijgende rechtspersoon ...

I cannot copy it any more...

Thank you

Thank you.

membership rights?
Explanation:
Normally that should be the translation (lid = member, lidmaatschap = membership, recht(en) = right(s)), provided that it fits in the context of the whole text.
