Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
Dutch term or phrase: bepaald
There are two contracts, nearly identical -- one is named "arbeidsovereenkomst" and the other is "arbeidsovereenkomst -- bepaald"

What's the difference?

English translation:specific
Explanation:
I would go for specific, since the other one is probably the master, while the latter refers to a specific employee with specific terms and conditions for employment.

Explanation:
Might it have to do that the first one is a general one and the second one is aimed a specific employees, so a personal employment contract? Maybe you should enquire with the client!
