Can anyone help me decipher the bit between ***s please - there must be a mistake mustn't there?

Explanation: It becomes clearer after adding parentheses and "na het", like this:
... betaalbaar binnen de 14 dagen na factuurdatum, dan wel (indien de plaatsing niet door XXX BVBA gebeurt) NA HET contact voor afhaling of verzending van de goederen.
I think "het" is necessary to make the sentence grammatical, whereas "na" and the parentheses (or commas) are only desireable to make the sentence more readable.
So, it can be interpreted as such:
... payable within 14 days after invoice date, or, if (...), within 14 days after the agreement regarding collecting or shipment of the goods.
"contact" is presumably some kind of communication regarding an agreement to collect or ship the goods.
it could even be a typo for "contract" (given the quality of the source text)...
I see your point, Phil. I believe the translation of the part behind the comma is something akin to "or, if the installation is not done by XXX Ltd., contact for collection or dispatch of goods."
It might work, but it remains a horrendous Dutch sentence. Not really ungrammatical, maybe, but both parts don't seem to have anything to do with one another.
Thank you to both of you - Phil and Michael for your input. The plaatsing Phil refers to installation of solar panels. And yes Michael the sentence does end there. Quite a few other minor errors in the ST... You are probably right Phil with your interpretation. Will let you know
What does "plaatsing" mean? What kind of transaction are we talking about? I'm wondering whether it means something like "when X contacts Y to tell them that the goods are ready for dispatch or collection", in which case there is nothing missing from the sentence (though it might be slightly ungrammatical).
