Indien de gebruiker de overeenkomst voortijdig zou opzeggen (voor andere redenen dan het niet naleven van BENMAR's verplichtingen onder deze overeenkomst) en/of indien deze overeenkomst zou worden ontbonden ten laste van de gebruiker, dan is deze laatste een forfaitaire opzeggingsvergoeding verschuldigd van 460,00 euro (vierhonderd zestig euro) voor elke maand verschil tussen de contractuele minimumduur en het aantal maanden dat de overeenkomst werd uitgevoerd.

  -> The text says that if the user terminates the contract early or commits a breach, they pay a penalty. "Ten laste van" doesn't mean 'by" or "at the behest of".
