Dutch term or phrase: zin

Alvast bedankt!

stakes / financial interests
Explanation:
In English, belangen are often referred to as stakes, but a better and clearer explanation is "financial interests". So in this case it concerns the two companies, Y and Z bringing (or putting) their financial interests into company X.

Thanks Andrew.
Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you Andrew. But could you then say that Y and Z "transferred" their financial interests from X VOF to X BV? Or how would you say this?
