This comes at the end of some articles of association.
An instrument drawn up in Belgium. The entire sentence says:

Hetzij, bij toepassing van de administratieve beslissing d.d. 7 juni, nr. E.E. ...... It's the nr. E.E I can't find. Help please.

According to me it is the abbreviation e.e. as in errore excepto / errors excepted. Typical language to make sure that the article or decision exists, but that the way it has been put together, is not their responsibility.
