The term "trust account" (in this case: of the notary)is a separate account from the practitioner's own business account in which monies entrusted to him by third parties are deposited in terms of the rules of the particular Law Society. In English we woud not normally mention the third party in this context......once you talk of a practitioner's trust account it is already understood that it is the money of third partes that is being handled.
