I must be becoming a 'vakidioot', 'cause I'm actually having a bit of fun with this at this late hour. I've done research on this collocation and have found 'job description' several times for both Dutch terms. My feeling is that they are widely regarded as being synonymous. On the other hand, I have found 'description of duties & responsibilities'. Given that the source text is an employment contract, I'm leaning toward the 2nd solution, but I'm open to feedback from others better in the know. Cheers, Rob
