Dutch to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) | | Dutch term or phrase: in loonopdracht | Verkoper staat niet in voor schade veroorzaakt door in loonopdracht door de koper ter beschikking gestelde grond -hulpstoffen en/of andere goederen.
Would anyone be able to help me with "in loonopdracht" please as I am not sure what this means. My only idea is "custom-made order" but that is a guess based on a couple of very dodgy-looking sites I found.
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by raw materials, ancillary materials and/or other goods that it receives from the Purchaser as part of a custom-made order.
Thanks in advance for any help. |

2. order something special: place an order for something that must be specially made or created

commission here is really just the other side of the coin that you need for this sentence - the order is placed as a commission order , the final product is custom-made or is custom-made to order, so on the right track! |
