Dutch term or phrase: staat in......bij verkoper ingevoerde systeem
Verkoper staat in te leveren conform de op het moment van levering bij verkoper ingevoerde systeem van hygiëne management of anderzijds met koper schriftelijk overeengekomen hygiëne eisen.

This is from a verkoop- en leveringsvoorwaarden, the same long one that I was translating yesterday.

I think this means:

"The Seller guarantees to deliver in accordance with its (own) hygiene management system, in force at the time of delivery, or in accordance with the hygiene requirements otherwise agreed with the Purchaser in writing."

However, I'm really not sure about the "bij Verkoper ingevoerde systeem" bit and am guessing here. Not sure whether it means the Seller has introduced that system (so it is the Seller's own system), or the system has been introduced TO the seller by some third party. Also, I thought "guarantee" was "instaan VOOR".

Explanation:
Usually large companies have specific systems to ensure delivery takes place in a certain way, at a certain time, etc. I think they are referring to such a system. The system in question will ensure that the hygiene levels are maintained as necessary for whatever sector the seller and buyer work in. I can only think of Amazon at the moment which has a specific delivery system in place that will ensure that you get your orders within so many days and packaged in a specific manner. I am sure there are other checks involved too.
