De besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid XXXX statutair gevestigd te Bunnik, kantoorhoudende te Breda.

Dit is onderdeel van een overeenkomst. Als ik statutair gevestigd vertaal met "having its registered office" kom ik in de knoei met kantoorhoudende. Iemand een suggestie?
