Severally liable

Explanation:
Does "al hetgeen de onderhavige overeenkomst verplicht" refer to financial duties? If so, then my translation would be correct.

My Wolters pocket dic. gives this for "hoofdelijk aansprakelijk", the EU Dic. Autom. translates

"hoofdelijk verplicht zijn de belasting te voldoen"

as

"to be held jointly and severally liable for payment of the tax"

I've only ever seen this term in the context of "hoofdelijk aansprakelijk" in financial matters. If the board of an organisation is "hoofdelijk aansprakelijk", then financial damages are to be payed jointly by these individuals, the sum is to be divided per capita.
