That was also my first reaction. But I do not really expect to see a typo like that in a verdict, so I searched on Google. 'Maatschappelijk verweer'' came up in a number of contexts and Belgium even has or had a 'Wet voor Maatschappelijke Verweer'. However, my question is about a Dutch verdict and not a Belgian one. |
