het faillissement was nog niet afgesloten en er werd geen attest inzake oninvorderbaarheid vand e schuldvordering afgeleverd. Deze som kan dus niet het onderwerp uitmaken van een definitieve tenlasteneming als minderwaarde maar kan enkel als waardevermindering, wel exclusief BTW, beschouwd worden.
