Explanation:
Provisions are reserves formed (from profits) for specific liabilities that will or may be incurred, of which the amounts are not always known exactly but can at least be estimated in advance.

Provisions are 'formed' in the tax year when the liability can be foreseen, and released or partially released (to the result) when the specific liability does not or only partially materialises.
Otherwise, amounts are withdrawn from the provision to cover the specific costs or liabilities.

In you case the provisions formed were for reorganisation costs and defered tax (liabilities) and declared on the corporation tax return for an amount of EUR 756,000.
