From these two references it would appear to be some kind of check/inspection on the premises in relation to persons claiming benefits. Not really a risk analysis and assessment as Olly suggests. This would seem to be more of an inspection - a one-on-one translation is probably not possible. The term is used solely by the Belastingsdienst. I would probably be inclined to translate it as a social security and tax inspection. |
