Dutch to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Taxation & Customs | | Dutch term or phrase: naar tussen partijen ook niet in geschil is | I'm currently translating a verdict of a court case and have come across the following paragraph:
Nu verweerder ambtshalve is overgegaan tot herziening van de in geschil zijnde aangiften, rust de bewijslast ter zake van de onjuistheid van de aangifte en de juistheid van de voorgestane afwijking - naar tussen partijen ook niet in geschil is - op verweerder.
It's the last part of the sentence (naar tussen partijen ook niet in geschil is) that I wanted to double check. Does this mean as much as that this matter is not at issue between the two parties?
Thanks, Lotte. |
