Dutch term or phrase: EB (SB)

I have another question relating to this same document (it's almost finished). I keep coming across the two letters 'EB' in some of the entries in the tax statement. These are all just headings and 'energiebelasting' doesn't seem to fit.

Examples:
- Fiscale jaarstukken (EB) - this also appears as 'fiscale jaarstukken SB'
- kosten voortbrenging onderzoek en ontwikkeling fisc. EB
- per. afschr. productierechten fisc EB
