Dutch term or phrase: gebruiksclaim
Could this mean consumer claim? I can't find this term anywhere...

Context: Ten aanzien van en mogelijke gebruiksclaim na verkoop van de xxx

(I presume the 'en' is a typo in the source and they mean 'een')

usufruct
Explanation:
Extremely long shot given the lack of context, but possible if it concerns property in the sense of: "a legal right to use and derive profit from property belonging to someone else provided that the property itself is not injured in any way."
